Moving to a new home isn`t cheap. The Central Dakota Humane Society purchased eight acres in Burleigh County last December. But the land and a new building come with a hefty price tag. On Saturday the humane society held its annual dog wash to raise money for the building and other expenses.

Pooch wash to benefit Humane Society

Salon EXP is holding a Dog Wash event on Sunday April 29 at the Poochie Bath and Boutique, located at 2308 East Dorothy Lane. The salon team will offer a shampoo, deep cleaning treatment, blow dry, ear cleaning, and nail clipping. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to the Dayton Humane Society.
